Using ShopSeeNow

By accessing or using ShopSeeNow you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders & pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include shipping to your destination. Orders are confirmed only once payment is captured.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather or carrier delays.

Buyer protection

If your order doesn't arrive or doesn't match the description, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a refund or replacement.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Some categories (e.g. intimate apparel, perishable goods) are excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to interfere with operations, scraping data or violating any law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopSeeNow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
